  • Tracking and progressing installer accreditation applications through to approval, ensuring all required criteria are fulfilled to enable the contractor to become a member of the Axter approved installer network.
  • Organising upskilling workshops for installer operatives to ensure they deliver high quality installations of Axter roof waterproofing systems in compliance with Axter specifications and industry standards.
  • Maintaining the QA dashboard on our central CRM system, updating accurate QA records and pulling off relevant reports to assist analysis of QA workflows and KPIs.
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner ensuring the customer receives a high-quality service to optimise our brand and reputation.
  • Providing cover when team colleagues are absent to ensure continuous effective operation of quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborating closely, communicating effectively and sharing best practice with all colleagues with the aim of achieving Company objectives.
