TOPFIX FMP SPF is a stabilised polyester reinforced SBS elastomeric modified bitumen waterproofing membrane. It has a combined torch-on/self-adhesive surface which allows installation of fusible insulation boards, EPS for example, without the use of flame. The surface is marked with a gold line to indicate the position of mechanical fixings.
