Wilotekt Surface Conditioning Primer is a fast drying, cold-applied bitumen-based primer used on all substrates (concrete, screeds, metal and timber) before the installation of WILOTEKT®-PLUS structural waterproofing. Provides a good key for the system and protects the substrate from moisture.
