Suffolk Mind

Suffolk Mind does vital work within our communities, supporting all kinds of people, from all walks of life who are experiencing mental health challenges. They also do fantastic work to help equip employees, carers, teachers and individuals, with the right tools and skills to handle mental health challenges when they arise.

We are partnering with Suffolk Mind to equip our own employees with these important tools and will be taking part in their trainings. We will also be supporting them and their EARLY Minds programme, which is designed to introduce lifestyle patterns to primary school children that will underpin good mental health for the rest of their lives.

We understand that talking about mental health should start from a young age so we are very passionate about this partnership.
