Universal Fixing Point (UFP)

Low profile, waterproof roof anchor point. The Universal Fixing Point (UFP) provides a means of mechanically fixing roof top plant (access equipment, balustrade connections, cable trays, ladder supports, solar panels, air conditioning supports) without compromising waterproofing integrity. The UFP is pre-fitted with bitumen or PVC-p membrane to allow full integration with the specified Axter waterproofing system.
